Cast aluminum with stainless steel hinge pins. Design allows for easy installation utilizing the cleat hole to mount the cleat cover box.Comes complete with your choice of padlock or cylinder lock. Two extra long 1/4″-20NCstainless steel mounting screws are included. The distance between bolt centers 2 3/4″. Rope cleat is not included – recommended cleats are the CL9, CL9/B, CL9/CP or CL9/SS. Comes with cylinder lock and mounting screws. Fit pole diameter 3″ – 3 1/2″.
